How do I send you my track files after purchasing?

Once you purchase, we'll let you know which email to send your track files to. Simply make a folder with your track files and send it to us via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. We suggest sending .wav files. If you have any questions regarding track files, you can email us at mastering@teammbl.com or click the chat icon on the bottom right of our website to send us a message.
Can I request revisions?

Our team wants to make sure your mix / master is perfect. Because of this, we include up to 2 free revisions with every order and will be available to chat with you and get your feedback.

Yes! Also, if there's anything wrong with your files / if we have any suggestions about how you could improve them to make the end results of your mixing / mastering even better - We will let you know before we start working on your project.
Is there a limit on how many stems I can send for mixing / mixing & mastering?

You can submit up to 50 stems. We also have the option for you to add on up to 100 stems total at checkout.
